LeGrand Living provides independent shared housing, not assisted living or medical care. Residents manage their daily routines, personal care, and medications. Meals, transportation, and extra laundry services are not part of the base housing rate; ask about optional services and costs.
Rates start at $850 per month and vary by home and room. Openings, suitability, final costs, and move-in dates are reviewed before an agreement is signed. An inquiry does not reserve a room. Network homes set their own terms and services.
