Information in an initial inquiry

Forms collect your name, contact details, referral pathway, and basic housing preferences. You may provide an organization, a resident’s first name with permission, and a brief message. Contact consent is recorded with your inquiry.

How it is used

LeGrand Living uses the information to review your inquiry, discuss preferences and fit, respond to questions, or consider a provider relationship. Initial inquiries are saved privately in WordPress for authorized administrator review. You receive an on-screen receipt.

Permission and provider introductions

When you inquire for someone else, confirm permission to share their basic details. Interest in provider options allows a conversation about those options. It does not automatically authorize sending information to another operator. Separate permission is requested before a handoff.

Keep sensitive documents out of the initial form

Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, medical records, diagnoses, financial statements, or detailed criminal-history documents. If later documentation is necessary, discuss an appropriate secure process with the team.

Access and protection

Record review is restricted to the authorized team workspace. Public pages do not display submitted records. Hosting systems process ordinary request information to deliver the site and protect it from misuse. A short-lived request fingerprint limits repeated form submissions.

Questions and requests

To ask about an inquiry, request a correction or removal, or withdraw contact permission, use the questions form and include your reference number. We may need to verify identity before changing a record. Necessary legal record obligations may affect a removal request.

Site access

The WordPress site owner and hosting provider manage site access. WordPress administrator permissions restrict access to saved inquiry records.
